What is better than taking pictures of one brand new baby, taking pictures of two brand new babies!

Baby J. was just under 6 pounds and Baby E. was just under 5 pounds. And double the blessing! These two were just one week old at our shoot today! I couldn’t have asked for a better day with the two of them. Mom kept saying how they were were so calm… I think it is because we had the heat cranked up to 80 degrees, haha. They liked it warm.

I co-shot this with a photographer friend, Robin. She was a blast to shoot with and I learned a ton from her. Thank you, Robin, for all your masterful help!

She is adorable. There is no way around it. And she is happy, and very much loved. It was a joy to have miss A. and her mommy and daddy in my home today for our shoot.

I have giant windows at home so when we were discussing where to do our shoot, my home, as a studio, was a natural choice. The weather has been so unpredicable in the Bay Area lately.

Thanks for coming over today guys! It was really fun! And I am glad that it FINALLY worked out (long story!).
