I got the opportunity to have this fun session with Miss E. a few weeks ago! She had booked as a gift for her husband. The best part of that is that doing a boudoir session like this is a great gift for your man but in the end it always becomes a gift for yourself too. I mean, think about it. When else do you get to pamper yourself, get a pedicure, get yourself primped to perfection and then get to have a blast being a model for the day. I can’t tell you how many times I have had women say to me, “I feel so beautiful after seeing these images!” Sure they are a gift for him, but you walk away with a renewed sense of self, a belief in who you are, and an empowered spirit!

Thank you Miss E.! I know he will LOVE them!

With it being fall and all there is a big push for family photography and it is the tail end of wedding season, so you can imagine my delight when I got this boudoir session. It was a breath of fresh air. I mean not that I don’t LOVE families and weddings, I DO! But it was nice to have a little variety!

We met up at the gorgeous newly renovated Hotel Shattuck Plaza. WOW! That place rocks. I would recommend to it to anyone who would be looking to schedule a boudoir shoot! The light in this room was stellar and the details of decor and color palette just fit the session perfectly.

And now enough gushing about the decor and the room. Thanks to the beautiful Ms. M (that is not her real initial!), you were so much fun and I think we got some awesome images. I will be in touch soon.

Miss M. is so much fun. When we started talking about what kind of images she was hoping for from the session her requests were simple. She wanted subtle sexiness and she wanted them to be fun. And that describes her personality to perfection. She has a very simple, not so much in your face “BAM” kind of sexy about her. She is very sweet and man this session was fun!

What you won’t see in this sneak peek. A. She jumped on the bed for me. First time ever for that one. B. She is a student, and we did this whole studying in bed set up that is frikkin awesome. And C. A whole bunch of really cool images that I don’t have room for here.

But here is the sneak peek Miss M., so glad you googled and found me! I will be in touch soon!

I am kind of on vacation, kind of. Well it is vacation like because I am not home, I am in Kentucky. But it is also been tons of fun because I have had the awesome opportunity to have two family sessions while I am here and today I got to take some boudoir images for my friend whose husband is away serving our country.

I was so excited to do this session because Miss H. and I have been good friends for quite a few year. Little known fact, her intimate wedding was the first kind of wedding I took pictures of just about 3 years ago, before I even knew I wanted to be a photographer, how weird.

Anyway, Miss H. has been incredibly hospitable to me and my little guy so these images are the least I can do for her. You are beautiful Miss H. Your strenght in his absence is abounding and I am both extremely proud of it and a tiny bit jealous.

Enjoy Mr. S… (smile)

Miss G. and Miss K. are two very classy ladies. I very much enjoyed spending part of the marathon day with them. Their quite confidience really made me feel like these to really have it going on. When you are a boudoir client of mine you have the chance to choose how you want your images presented to you. You can have them on the blog or not, you can have faceless images or you can have your beautiful face on here too. For these two ladies it was important to them and to me that they were well represented with beautiful classy images.

So here are your previews of your session ladies. I can’t wait for you to see the rest!

These two ladies are full of spunk. They are good friends, in each others weddings, went to school together. Just in general great friends! I was so excited to have them as my first two ladies for my boudoir marathon this past weekend!

The names have been changed, the identities have been masked. But even with all that anonymity the hotness shows through. I can’t wait to get to the rest of your images.

Talk to you soon!

Miss D. is a friend of one of my other boudoir ladies. She saw the pictures of her friend and was like, “I have to do this!!!” So they called me up one day and we set it up. I am so lucky that I have the coolest clients, and the most beautiful. They definitely make my job both more enjoyable and easier!

Miss D. wanted to do these for her lucky husband to be. I am so excited that you are getting to marry your love! I can’t wait to see the pictures!

Here is your sneak peek. I will be in touch soon!

Sexy in the City!

February 21, 2009

I met up with Miss A. in San Francisco at a super posh hotel in Union Square. There is just something about being in San Franciso that stirs my creativity, I walk around the street and think, “man, look at that!” and “Oh, my, that would look hot for a shoot!” So when we originally were discussing what area to pick for our hottel, SF was not a hard sell!

Miss A. wanted to do this shoot for her fiance whom she will marry this July. And I can’t imagine any better gift for her groom than a book full of her!

Thanks for the wonderful afternoon Miss A., hope you love these as much as I do!

While her soldier is away.

February 1, 2009

Miss S. has a very special husband. He is in the Army. And Army men spend a good deal of time seperated from those that they love. So Miss S. decided to get her solider a very special gift. Some amazing images of her to take with him while he is away away.

We had a blast with this session. I mean for reals, what is better than camo and pearls… um, nothing!

January 20, 2009

Miss M. was a lot of fun to work with. I loved all her pretty pretty outfits! And her make-up was rockin. She is one of the brave souls who participated in my first marathon. And boy am I glad that she did!

With our further ado, here is the beautiful Miss. M!
